茄子对青枯病的抗性遗传分析

Abstract
为探讨茄子青枯病抗性的遗传,试验选取7个对青枯病抗性差异显著的材料,采用G riffing的双列杂交设计方案配制杂交组合,利用苗期人工接种青枯病病原菌方法测定亲本及F1组合青枯病发病率。经统计分析表明:茄子青枯病抗性遗传不符合"加性-显性"遗传模型,存在着非等位基因间的上位作用;茄子青枯病抗性主要受少数隐性基因控制,属隐性遗传。
