Abstract
结合分辨率基于1.35的氨通道晶体结构(Amt,ammonia transporters),建立了四态跳跃模型,并首次利用主方程方法对氨通道的通透性进行了研究.结果表明:通道内部电流随着时间的变化关系与实验结果相吻合,离子沿通道运动的4个状态存在的几率随外界铵离子浓度的变化而变化.
