Abstract
通过单因子试验和正交试验对选育的一株产壳聚糖酶菌株UC-233进行发酵条件优化,结果表明其最适氮源是黄豆粕粉,最适碳源是壳聚糖,其最适发酵条件是:黄豆粕粉3.3%,胶体壳聚糖1.5%,培养基初始pH为4.0,250mL三角瓶装液量为50mL,接种量为1mL,发酵温度是30℃,发酵时间为48h,在此条件下菌株发酵液的壳聚糖酶活力达39.5U/mL,是优化前的1.43倍。
