The paper introduces the classes of tungsten ore flotation reagent and the status of research and development in recent years,discusses the capability respectively of new flotation reagent of wolframite,scheelite and the mixed ore.Also it points out that the development of collectors with high selectivity and depressors or mixed depressors with strong adaptability are problems which are urgent to be solved.Seeking and developing the tungsten ore flotation reagent with low pollution,low costand efficient have become one of the key points of the job of tungsten oremineral processing workers.
