导向剂超声波低温法合成矸石基吸附剂的研究

Abstract
以煤矿的废弃物煤矸石为原料,研究了在水热条件和导向剂超声波低温条件下,煤矸石自转变合成矸石基吸附剂的过程,并对其吸附性能作了初步研究.用氮吸附静态容量法,测得在水热条件和导向剂超声波低温条件下合成的矸石基吸附剂的氮吸附等温线、比表面和孔分布曲线.用XRD谱进行产品的晶相分析.通过矸石基吸附剂对苯酚的吸附实验,给出两种方法制得的矸石基吸附剂的吸附等温线.结果表明,在导向剂超声波低温条件下对提高矸石基吸附剂的比表面积和吸附量都是有效的.从XRD和粒径分布可以看出,导向剂超声波低温法使得合成产品的粒径远远小于传统水热合成法合成产品的粒径,而且产品的粒度均匀、单一,并且由于超声波的能量提供,晶化温度明显降低.
