指出了目前采煤机调高油缸设计过程中存在的不足,通过理论分析的方法,建立了调高油缸基本长度和行程的计算模型,确定了调高油缸压力参数的计算方法,给出了调高油缸闭锁装置选型原则,并根据计算模型在Visual Basic中编程,实现了调高油缸的参数化设计,实践结果表明大幅提高了调高油缸的设计效率和准确性.
