为了延长汽车氧传感器的寿命,通常在氧传感器敏感元件的铂电极表面涂覆多孔陶瓷保护层。本文以尖晶石、氧化铝、氧化锌等为原料,通过控制各组分的配比和烧结工艺参数,制得了性能良好的多孔陶瓷保护层。
