摘要

Track detectors used in experimental studies of heavy ion radioactivity are briefly reviewed with particular emphasys on a recently developed phosphate glass, BP1. In addition we report on a new measurement of the U-232 --> Ne-24 + Pb-208 decay rate, which allows to update previous results for Ne emission from U-234 and U-235.
