Abstract
为满足非致命武器中高压脉冲的生物失能效应研究,研制了一种脉冲宽度为5～500μs,重复频率为1～200 Hz,最大幅度为5 kV,最大脉冲电流为500 mA的信号源.输出脉冲采用两个IGBT串联开关调制形成,其驱动、均压、缓冲电路和IGBT组成一体,直流高压供电采用并联谐振充电技术,整机基于嵌入式实时操作系统进行操控管理.着重介绍了装置的原理、设计和调试经验.
