Abstract
Dermatofibromas have various dermoscopic features. Among them, "linear, irregular crypts" is not unusual and is described in this study. Homogeneous bluish pigmentation on dermoscopy may be a possible clue for the diagnosis of hemosiderotic variants of dermatofibromas.
