鸡肾型IBV分离鉴定及S1基因序列分析

Abstract
2008年从河南省某肉用鸡场疑似感染肾型IB的病鸡中分离到1株IBV,对该分离毒株进行鸡胚矮小化试验、动物回归试验和血清学鉴定,试验结果表明分离株HeNan10/08为肾型IBV。采用RT-PCR技术扩增分离株的S1基因,并进行克隆和序列分析。结果表明,分离株HeNan10/08与B J株S1基因的同源性最高,核苷酸序列同源性为99.9%,推导氨基酸序列同源性为100.0%;与M41的同源性最低,核苷酸序列为78.7%,推导氨基酸序列同源性为79.0%。
