蛹虫草液体菌种培养基的优化

Abstract
通过正交实验优化蛹虫草液体菌种培养基,以干菌体得率为指标,选择出蛹虫草液体发酵的最适培养基。结果表明:最适液体培养基配方为:葡萄糖30 g/L,蛋白胨16 g/L,磷酸二氢钾6 g/L,硫酸镁2 g/L,水1 000 mL,pH自然,干菌体得率为46.5 g/L,与其它试验组结果的差异显著,说明碳源和氮源为其生长的最重要营养因素。
