Abstract
以玉米浆(CSL)和蛋白胨作为右旋糖酐发酵的混合氮源,并对其配比进行优化。结果表明,种子培养基中CSL含量为0.08%、蛋白胨为0.1%;发酵培养基中CSL含量为0.1%、蛋白胨为0.08%,粗右旋糖酐收率达到91.8%,菌体活性强。
