Abstract
农业产业化是继家庭承包经营责任制之后,农业组织形式的又一次重大变革,是向现代农业组织的转型.本文运用新兴古典经济学思想,分析农业产业化过程中农村劳动力剩余与农户职能多样化的两难冲突,从分工和专业化、交易费用、土地流转、农村劳动力转移角度进行分析.从而对农业产业化发展的基本动力和条件作出解释.
