A missing left ventricular mass.
Journal of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia(2010)
摘要
A 61-YEAR-OLD man with a history of coronary artery disease presented with a syncopal episode and a history of dizziness. A computed tomography scan showed a right occipital and posterior parietal infarction. The initial transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE) is presented in Figure 1 and Video 1 (supplementary videos accompanying this article are available online). Cardiac catheterization showed 3-vessel coronary artery disease with mildly depressed ventricular function.
