Abstract
Introduction: Colorectal tumors can be treated with a good cure rate compared to other gastrointestinal tumors. Besides surgery, the advance of the pharmacological therapy opens further perspectives in the treatment. As a general rule, in cases of T4 tumours neoadjuvant therapy should be considered.
