摘要

We demonstrated the flat-surface magneto-optic spatial light modulators (MOSLM) without the artificially isolation of pixels and external bias coil. The pixels of the MOSLM were switched by over ten times smaller driving current than that of the conventional MOSLM. In addition, the developed novel flat-surface MOSLM provides high resolution with low driving current without external bias coil. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
