Abstract
以井式炉进行试验,考察在不同碳势条件下稀土催渗剂的催共渗效果。通过实验得到,在采用稀土渗剂时需要对渗碳碳势进行适当的调整。试验证明,采用较高的碳势,在强渗期碳势Pc=1.25%~1.30%的条件下才能很好地发挥稀土渗剂的催渗功效并能得到良好的金相组织。针对试验结果,讨论了碳势与稀土催渗的关系以及高碳势对被渗工件机械性能的影响,为合理使用稀土渗剂和稀土催共渗工艺提供较好的经验。
