Abstract
交通事故发生后,对事故现场微量物证的检测和认定往往成为公正处置交通事故的重要依据.论文报告了对一起交通事故现场微量物证进行检测、认定的案例.检测中,用X射线荧光光谱法检测事故车辆擦痕提取物及其现场遗留物,通过对其检测物微量元素的分析比对,确认相关检测物的从属关系,还原交通事故发生时的真实情况,为交通事故的认定和责任分割提供了客观依据.
