本文根据黄淮地区及其周边地区1981～2000年农业气象资料,导出1个计算小麦拔节后遭遇霜冻温度风险度(F)的经验方程,以F为指标做出黄淮麦区小麦霜冻的农业气候区划.进而根据F和方程中的参数,评价各类防御措施在各分区的必要性、有效性和可行性.
