Influence of time sequence parameter of Profibus on the communication stability

Investigation on five time sequence parameters of Profibus was performed to demonstrate their effect on the communication stability.On the basis of Profibus fieldbus communication test platform system consisted of one Profibus-DP main station,four Profibus-DP slave stations and three Profibus-PA slave stations,comparison of different parameter settings was conducted,which verified correctness of the theoretical analysis.Measures that ensuring the stability and reliability of the Profibus fieldbus communication were put forward.
