Study on the Development Strategy of the Inns in the Countryside of Taibai Mountain National Nature Reserve based on AHP and SWOT Analysis:Taking Yingge Town in Taibai County as An Example

Reasonable development orientation of achievements of Natural Reserves and the Project of increasing Farmers' Income in communities plays a very important role both in protecting the nature and in richening the famers.Basing on detailed investigation of the social practice service team who went to Yingge Town in Taibai County,Shaanxi Province,to carry out the programsocial practiceof the college students during the summer vacation of the year 2011,also accompanied with suggestions of some experts,this paper aims to analyze the healthy development strategy of the inns in the countryside in this area through using the SWOTand AHPanalysis which combine the qualitative and quantitative methods and are widely used in several fields.After the analysis,it can be concluded:(a) W O T S;(b) the strategic azimuth is θ(0≤θ≤2π) =-89 /80π.Therefore,the adjustment strategy(the strategic coefficient strength ρ 0.5(ρ∈[0,1]) and the conservative win strategy are suitable to this area,which require to overcome the weaknesses as well as make full use of opportunities to achieve sustainable development of the rural home inns.
