摘要
An experiment was conducted to study the leaf physiological characteristics and growth of 1-year-old Camptotheca acuminata seedlings treated with different concentrations of NaCl.Results showed that, with the increase of salt concentration, salt injury index of the seedlings increased and relative membrane permeability and soluble sugar content in leaves increased significantly.Contents of proline and malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity increased slowly when the treatment concentration of NaCl was lower than 0.45%,while they increased rapidly when the treatment concentration was higher than 0.45%.Therefore,C.acuminata seedlings have osmotic regulation capacity and free radical scavenging capacity to a certain extent, but it is relatively susceptible to NaCl stress.
