Abstract
以茎段离体培养的毛花猕猴桃组培苗为试材,比较研究了基本培养基选用、激素配比、所用水质、糖类选用、琼脂添加量对组培苗增殖的影响。结果表明:毛花猕猴桃组培苗增殖扩繁的最佳培养基为MS+2mg/L 6-BA,采用自来水配制,添加市售白砂糖40g/L,琼脂粉添加量为5g/L。
