Abstract
为提高烟草中蛋白质的分析速度,对流动分析法中蛋白质的前处理过程进行了改进,即用萃取除可溶性氮代替加热.并对检测结果进行了比较,结果表明:用萃取代替加热在批量检测时可大幅减少操作强度,蛋白质的回收率为94.9%～102.9%,变异系数小于2.77%;检测结果与文献方法无显著性差异,可用于批量烟草样品中蛋白质含量的快速分析.
