Analysis of plasma levels of Lp (a) and apolipoprotein in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To analyze relativity of Lp(a) and apolipoprotein in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Selected 60 cases with coronary heart disease in Jun 2011 to May 2012,latent coronary heart disease was 20 cases,angina was 20 cases and myocardial infarction was 20 cases.Healthy for physical examination 20 cases were selected as control group.Lp(a) and apolipoprotein were detected.Results Lp(a),apo A1 and apo B had significant difference in four groups(P 0.01).apo A1 decreased along with serious of state of the illness,Lp(a) and apo B increased along with serious of state of the illness.Lp(a) and apolipoprotein had no relativity relationship in three CHD groups(P 0.05).Conclusion Lp(a) and apolipoprotein levels in patients with coronary heart disease change obviously,but there are no relativity relationship between them.
