大孔吸附树脂纯化金银花叶总多酚的工艺优化

Abstract
考察大孔吸附树脂对金银花叶多酚的吸附性能和纯化效果,寻找金银花叶多酚纯化的较优工艺.采用Folin-Ciocalteu比色法定量,比较8种大孔树脂对金银花叶总多酚的吸附和解吸效果,从中筛选出适合分离纯化金银花叶总多酚的树脂,并对其吸附和解吸条件进行考查与优化.结果表明,NKA-Ⅱ为纯化金银花叶总多酚的最佳树脂,当其吸附流速为2 BV/h,吸附pH 3,上柱样品溶液质量分数6 mg/mL,解吸剂选用60%乙醇时,经NKA-Ⅱ精制的金银花叶总多酚为粉红色粉末,总酚质量分数为61.88%.
