Primary exploration to Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effects of Tibetan Drug Pyrethri tatsienensis

Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Tibetan Drug Pyrethri tatsienensis.Methods:The anti-inflammatory effect was observed with ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene in mice and the analgesic effect with writhing test and hot plate test.Results:Pyrethri tatsienensis could obviously inhibit the ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene in mice as well as the pain induced by hot plate and acetic acid.Conclusion:Pyrethri tatsienensis has satisfactory anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
