Abstract
目的:对我院儿科上呼吸道感染抗菌药物的使用情况进行调查,评价干预措施对我院医生用药行为的影响.方法:采用LQAS法,按照MTP研究模式,随机抽取我院2007年1月～2008年3月上呼吸道感染处方15 000张进行分析.结果:干预后抗菌药物使用率、抗菌药物注射剂使用率、抗菌药物联用率及抗菌药物费用均显著下降并趋于合理.结论:实施有效可行的干预措施能够提高抗菌药物使用的合理性,规范医生的用药行为,同时为我院合理用药工作的开展提供了基本依据.
