Analysis on knowledge mastering on high-risk medicine for young nurses in primary hospitals

ObjectiveTo study the status of knowledge mastering on high-risk medicine for young nurses in primary hospitals and find out countermeasures.MethodInvestigate 60 employed young nurses by self-designed questionnaire.ResultThe rate of knowledge mastering on each item of high-risk medicine for young nurses is 11.67%～21.67%. ConclusionThe rate of knowledge mastering on young nurses in primary hospitals is low and needs to be improved.
