STAT3在鼻-鼻窦鳞癌组织的表达及意义

Abstract
目的 探讨信号转导转录活化因子3(STAT3)蛋白在鼻-鼻窦鳞癌组织中的表达及意义.方法 选取已确诊的40例鼻-鼻窦鳞癌组织石蜡标本为实验组,30例慢性鼻炎黏膜标本为对照组,采用免疫组化SP法检测STAT3蛋白在两组中的表达.结果 STAT3蛋白在40例鼻-鼻窦鳞癌组织中32例呈阳性表达,阳性率为80.0%,与对照组相比差异有显著性(P＜0.05);且STAT3蛋白的表达与性别、年龄无关(P＞0.05),与鼻-鼻窦鳞癌的分化程度、临床分期有关(P＜0.05).结论 STAT3蛋白的过度表达与鼻-鼻窦鳞癌的发生、发展有关,检测鼻-鼻窦鳞癌中STAT3蛋白的表达可以反映肿瘤的恶性程度.
