Abstract
建立了一种准确、快速、简便的烟丝中苯并[a]芘残留的超高效液相色谱-荧光(UPLC-FLR)测定方法.将烟末用环己烷超声提取40 min后过滤,滤液旋蒸浓缩至干再用甲醇-丙酮(V甲酵∶:V丙酮=10∶1)反萃后定容于容量瓶中,经0.2 μm的滤膜过滤后检测.荧光检测器激发波长365nm,发射波长410 nm.流动相为乙腈-水(V乙腈∶V水=85∶15),流速为0.2 mL/min,色谱柱为Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18(2.1 mmi.d.x50mm,1.7μm),外标法定量.苯并[a]芘在浓度为0.43~43.20 ng/mL范围内呈线性,线性方程为y=6E +07x+ 18601,相关系数为0.9998.样品回收率在94.9% ~ 101.0%之间,相对标准偏差为3.2%.方法检测限为0.11ng/g,定量限为0.37ng/g.结果表明该法前处理简便、检测限低、灵敏度高,适用于烟丝中苯并[a]芘分析.
