HPLC determination of dicycloplatin injection

Objective:To develop an RP-HPLC for determination of dicycloplatin for injection.Method:The chro- matographic conditions were:Diamonsil~(TM)C_(18)column(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);water methanol(5:95)as mo- bile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min~(-1)with detection wavelength of 210 nm.Results:The calibration curves was linear over the concentration range of 5-400 mg·L~(-1)and the average recoveries of dicycloplatin were 98.1%, RSD=1.2%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate.
