Abstract
目的:研究磁性聚乳酸-羟基乙酸氧化酚砷纳米微粒(M-PLGA-PAO-NP)的制备工艺,并对纳米粒子进行评价.方法:运用超声乳化-溶剂挥发法制备磁性聚乳酸-羟基乙酸氧化酚砷纳米微粒,通过透射电镜(TEM)观察微粒形态,振动样品磁强计(VSM)确证纳米微粒磁性的存在,并对纳米微粒的平均粒径、载药量、包封率等进行评价.结果:纳米微粒外观呈规则球形,粒径在140~500 nm占总数的80%,载药量为3.2%,包封率为34.2%,药物磁性较好.结论:获得了较满意的磁性聚乳酸-羟基乙酸氧化酚砷纳米微粒制备工艺,其过程简单,粒子性状符合要求.
