Abstract
Copper is an important metal element in tea leaves according to GB5009.57method of tea hygienic standard. The authors detect copper content of different seasons in the same area of Laoshan in Shandong province, adopting copper regent and atomic absorption spectrometry methods. The result shows that atomic absorption spectrometry is simpler, faster, precise, higher sensitivity and better recovery than copper regent method and it is more suitable for detecting copper content in laboratory.
