Abstract
采用土培盆栽试验模拟研究了土壤四环素污染对小白菜幼苗生长发育的生态毒性.结果表明,1~100 mg/kg四环素暴露促进了小白菜的茎伸长,但抑制了小白菜的根伸长和鲜重.100 mg/kg四环素处理28 d后,小白菜根长抑制率达到36.0%,鲜重抑制率达到34.6%.随着四环素暴露时间的延长,100 mg/kg四环素处理的小白菜叶片中叶绿素含量显著低于其他浓度处理,其抑制率为21.7%~29.0%.四环素胁迫7 d后,小白菜幼苗中可溶性蛋白(SP)含量及丙二醛(MDA)含量无显著性变化,但随着暴露时间的延长,小白菜幼苗中SP含量显著下降,MDA含量则显著上升.1~100 mg/kg四环素对小白菜幼苗中SOD、POD和CAT酶活性均有不同程度的抑制作用;100 mg/kg四环素处理下,SOD、POD和CAT酶活性抑制率分别为33.9%~45.3%、33.8%~67.7%和29.6%~57.7%.试验结果表明,土壤四环素长期暴露对小白菜幼苗生长发育具有不良的生态毒性效应.
