复合白腐真菌茵剂修复原油污染土壤

Abstract
模拟大庆原油污染土壤,研究不同接种量和土壤湿度条件下,复合菌剂(采用产酶量高的东北土著白腐真菌:青顶拟多孔菌Polyporelluspicipes’糙皮侧耳菌Pleurotusostreatus’偏肿拟栓菌Pseudotrametesgibbosa)对原油的降解效果及土壤的pH变化规律。结果表明,复合菌剂的接种量越高,对石油的降解率也越高。复合菌剂在投加前40dx,t-石油的降解效果明显,尤其前20d降解效果极其显著。保持一定的土壤湿度,有利于复合菌剂对石油的降解.在第20d,在定期添加蒸馏水的条件下降解率达到33.43%,原油的残余量减少了16.571g/kg,比同期不添加蒸馏水的多去除8.762g/kg。
