外周血干细胞移植治疗恶性血液病的护理体会

摘要
造血干细胞移植(hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,HSCT)作为血液病和恶性肿瘤的有效治疗方法,在现代治疗学中占有重要位置 [1].而外周血干细胞移植(peripheral blood stem cell transplantation,PBSCT)因其采集安全简便,造血及免疫功能重建或恢复快,缩短了住院时间,且其费用及效益之比优于骨髓移植[1],故得以迅速发展.2004年6月至2009年1月,我院血液病科开展PBSCT 38例,未发生因护理不当所致的并发症,现将护理体会总结如下.
