Clinical effect of Fasudil combining Edaravone in treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fasudil combining Edaravone in treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Methods 90 cases of vertebrobasilar insufficiency patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(46 cases) used Fasudil and Edaravone while the control group(44 cases) used Dextran 40 Glucose Injection and Fufang Danshen Injection.We observed the clinical effect and the parameter change of blood flow of vertebral artery under Color Doppler Ultrasound examination pre and post treatment.Results Total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 100% and 64%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was significant.Conclusions The therapy that combined Fasudil and Edaravone has a significant curative effect on vertebrobasilar insufficiency and is worth popularizing.
