Abstract
目的 评价钦州市钦北区1980～2008年的疟疾防治效果.方法 收集、统计、分析该地区近28年疟疾防治的各种资料.结果 该地区1953年疟疾疫情报告为535.70/7万,属于多种疟原虫混合流行的高疟区;1984年后恶性疟病人在当地消失,80年代开始通过与周边县的疟疾联防后,90年代中期疟疾发病率控制在1/10万以下至今(2008年)未见内源性病例.结论 在行政区域划分多次变更的地区,通过区域间的疟疾联防同样达到卫生部基本消灭疟疾指标.
