Abstract
建立了超高效液相色谱法测定天然原料中香豆素的方法.以无水乙醇作溶剂,超声萃取5 min, 萃取液经0.22 μm滤膜过滤后,用配置TUV检测器的超高效液相色谱仪于274 nm波长下对6种天然原料中香豆素进行测定,结果表明:香豆素在0.5～8.0 μg间呈线性关系(R=0.9999).相对标准偏差为1.06%,回收率在97.3%～99.0%之间,检测限为11.02 ng/g.
