公立医院绩效当前尚未建立有效的评价模型,存在不考虑差异千篇一律和不顾及实际情况生搬硬套的现象,绩效评价体系应选择适宜的关键绩效指标,确定权重系数、标化指标值。建议公立医院从确立医院战略目标、硬软件并济、两效益并重和重视医院内部上下沟通三方面完善绩效评价体系。
