基于GC-MS的蓬子菜超临界CO2萃取物的成分分析

Abstract
[目的]分析蓬子菜(Herba Galii Veri )的超临界CO2流体萃取成分,为进一步开发蓬子菜中成药提供科学依据.[方法]用超临界CO2流体萃取技术对蓬子菜全草进行提取.用GC-MS技术分析超临界CO2萃取物的化学成分.[结果]确定了45个峰的成分,其相对含量占超临界萃取物总量的63.970%以上,主要化学成分有棕榈酸11.132%,β-谷甾醇7.770%,亚油酸5.553%,菜油甾醇3.334%,二十九烷3.179%,油酸3.067%,邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯2.770%,三十烷1.518%,植物醇1.270%,硬脂酸1.239%,豆甾醇1.372%,1-十九烯1.004%等.[结论]化合物均为首次从该植物中分析得到.
