Abstract
本文分析了大规模风电场接入对系统正常运行造成的影响,以及风电场接入容量的影响因素。通过仿真研究风电场接入对恩施电网的影响,结果表明风电场对电网电能质量影响在国标允许范围内,但是从风电长远规划来看,电能质量问题必须引起重视;2013水平年下,风电功率波动时,系统能够保持暂态稳定,不会对恩施电网安全稳定运行产生影响。
