Abstract
用95%乙醇对12种中草药进行浸提,研究浸提液(物)在室内条件下对辣椒疫病菌、番茄灰霉病菌、茄黄萎病菌、黄瓜枯萎病菌和黄瓜菌核病菌的抑制作用。结果表明:丁香、细辛、甘草、黄连、苦参、蛇床子、辛夷对上述病菌的菌落生长有明显的抑制作用,尤其是丁香的抑菌作用最为明显。少数中草药如败酱草等对5种病菌菌落生长均有不同程度的促进作用。此外,丁香、黄连、甘草等浸提物对番茄灰霉病菌、茄黄萎病菌和黄瓜枯萎病菌分生孢子萌发具有明显的抑制作用。
