介绍了静电加速器的结构以及在调试中出现的一些问题,分析了这些问题出现的原因以及解决办法.在11.5 MPa由氮气、二氧化碳和六氟化硫组成的绝缘气体(其体积比为75∶20∶5)下,离子源在575 V板压、7.7×10-4Pa气压、1.6 kV引出电压和21 kV聚焦电压的状态下,得到3.1 MV、106μA稳定的质子束.
