奥氮平治疗脑外伤后精神障碍的临床分析

Abstract
目的:观察奥氮平治疗脑外伤后精神障碍的疗效和安全性.方法:脑外伤后精神障碍患者68例,给予奥氮平治疗,分别于治疗前及治疗2、4、8周后,采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、临床疗效总评量表(CGI)及治疗副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及副反应.结果:完成治疗及评定患者60例,奥氮平治疗2、4、8周后,患者的BPRS及CGI评分均较治疗前下降(P＜0.05),总有效率95％.仅2例出现恶心、体重增加、血糖轻度增高等副反应.结论:奥氮平能较好控制脑外伤后精神症状,且副反应低.
