摘要
METHODS: With the approval of the ethical committee and informed consent 60 ASA I-II patients aged 18-65 years undergoing elective AKS were included in the study. All patients were instructed on pain evaluation using a numerating scale (NRS). Heart rate (HR), peripheral oxygen saturation (sP02) and noninvasive blood pressure (NIBP) were monitored. All patients had standard anesthetic technique. After induction of anesthesia pneumatic tourniquet was applied before surgery. Group L (lornoxicam) patients (n 20) received intraarticularly 20 mg lornoxicam in 20 ml normal saline 10 minutes before tourniquet deflation. Group B (bupivacaine) patients (n 20) received intraarticularly 50 mg bupivacaine in 20 ml normal saline (0.25%) and Group P (placebo) patients (n 20) received intraarticularly 20 ml normal saline 10 minutes before tourniquet deflation. The NRS values at rest and at active-passive exercise and analgesic consumptions were evaluated at the end of the 4th hour and at the 12th, 24th, and 48th hours by a senior anesthesiologist who was blind to the solution administered. The findings are presented as mean values.
