45例糖尿病足溃疡的临床分析

Abstract
目的 探讨糖尿病足溃疡的内科治疗方法.方法 对45例糖尿病足溃疡病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析总结,采取综合治疗,尤其给予严格控制血糖及加强局部伤口的处理.结果 有29例患者痊愈,5例好转,3例未愈,7例截趾/肢,1例死亡,总有效率为75%.结论 只有做到早预防,早诊断,早治疗,才能减少糖尿病足的发生,避免截肢,若糖尿病足病变已发展至5级,宜尽早截肢.
