HPLC法测定毛冬青颗粒中腺苷的含量

Abstract
目的建立毛冬青颗粒中腺苷的高效液相测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定腺苷的含量。KromasilC-18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.5)-甲醇(17:3)为流动相,柱温为室温,流速为1ml·min-1,检测波长为260nm。结果腺苷在0.18μg～0.90μg范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系((r=0.9997,n=5),平均回收率为98.5%(RSD=1.28%)。结论该测定方法精密度高,重现性好,可用于毛冬青颗粒的质量控制。
